piero.s
I purchased the ax760i power supply. when I turn on the ax760i the fan runs, for a few seconds, with very noise. The fan stops after. Can I lock the fan speed on the powerup, with a particular setting ? The model ax760 (without the i) has the same problem? This noise is very annoying for me  Thanks for the help

No, you can't lock it it out. That is the PSU doing a self check of the fan and will always do it on start up. Almost all of Corsair's new PSU's have this feature. piero.s
thank you! Too bad because the test is particularly noisy. The test could be controlled, by user, with the software or with the button on the box. Not is necessary a automatic test, always, on power on. Even if for a few seconds is a sound utterly useless. I will next time, before you buy a power supply, I will check this aspect.
