I have a Hyper X cloud II headset connected via the USB and would have thought it would pick it up though it doesn't not play audio. Only 3.5mm works seems to work for. Cheers EDIT: sorry I'm a noob...seems the ST100 is set to default playback which means 3.5mm but if you flip playback setting to default to the headset whilst plugged into the ST100 via USB it works the same way plugging into your case.
