You might want to try their forums.

Corsair Employee Power Guy Posted November 13, 2006 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 13, 2006 Sorry if I posted this thread in the wrong forum but the reason for this post is that a friend of mine told me to buy Corsair 620W powersupply. Is Corsair powersupply is better then mine Enermax Coolergiant 600W? kindly tell me in detail. http://www.corsair.com/corsair/HX_power_supply.html The HX620 has advantages over the Coolergiant 600W, these include: -50A of power on the +12V rails vs. 35A for the enermax -Modular cables vs. fixed cables -Single, quiet 120mm fan vs. two smaller, louder fans -Higher efficiency ratings and more modern design. As far as I can tell, the Coolergiant isn't even made by Enermax anymore. It's not on their website or anything, and these points are based on what I could find on 3rd party sites. Corsair Employee jonnyguru Posted November 15, 2006 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 15, 2006 http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55035 You've NEVER had a bad part? Jeez... If you're not going to consider purchasing something based on one person's account of a failure, you should just go ahead and decide to never buy any computer components ever. Because you can find account of component failure with every brand and type of component on the market. Besides... these are Corsair support forums. I bet over time you'll find more accounts of failures or problems than positive posts because people come here BECAUSE they have an issue. People don't come here because everything is working peachy. :)
