seadoge8
Hello, I just bought my H100 in August. This is the first Corsair product I have ever owned. I previously used a Noctua NH-D14 which worked great, but took up a lot of space. This H100 gets an average of 5c better temps which is awesome and thats on medium setting. My problem is that the backplate (1156) cann't be tightened down on one side. I jerry rigged it to work for now but needs to be replaced. I contacted Corsair and they were very nice and sent me a new one. Unfortunately it was for the H50 not the H100. I have been e-mailing tech support for over a week with no response. I used the original case number first. When I received no response, I filled another case #. I still have not heard back. My question, is this normal for Corsair? I don't want to RMA it but if that's what is required so be it. Thank You for any response. I hope this is the right place to comment, if not , direct me in the right forum. mistermister
Sweet! Do you get to keep the H50? If so, they make good GPU coolers...
