Plur
I really don't know if it belongs here but after much troubleshooting (Using different devices and different cables) it seems the micro usb cable I got with the H2100 I purchased only a little over a month ago is dead which is a shame because of the length of the cable. I just cannot deal with a shorter cable if the headset is in need of a charge. Is it possible to get a new cable from corsair without RMA? What procedure must I take in order to perhaps get one? Any other advice is welcome.
vexed
You should be able to get a replacement cable through the RMA without needing to RMA the entire headset. I've had to RMA two V2000's previously and one m90 mouse and it's a painless procedure. If you have RMA's previously attach you previous RMA ticket and corsair will foot the shipping bill if they need the cable sending back, Otherwise you will have to pay for shipping to them. Submit a ticket via the support ticket system located above ^^
