Have a faulty AX750 with a known issue bought back in 2015, and even though it was a refurb unit and technically out of warranty being a refurb unit, they are sending me a new AX860 as a replacement (after they receive my faulty PSU back - already shipped!). I have asked if it's really a new and the support confirm me that send only new unit and not refurbished even for replace very old product. It's just an amazing support.
