D4L70N
Hello, today I received a new AX850. When I saw that I mounted the computer will not turn on. So the dismounted, tried to turn it on by the bridge (green + black) and neither works. Make a small short-circuit and nothing else. When cutting the current from the back button the fan rotates for 1 or 2 seconds.. Any ideas? :[pouts:
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 2, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 2, 2012 What did you have connected when you did the paper clip test? I would suggest a spinning HDD and case fan minimum, but nothing connected to the MB or Video card.
D4L70N
I just do it with a HDD. It seems that the HDD is operating, although the fan of the power supply is stopped at one second. Now if the power supply amount on the PC, the PC will not start. Is that the PC is fine because I am writing from and is wearing a HX520. tHANX

Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 2, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 2, 2012 The PSU is working that is normal that the FAN in the PSU does not come on it is designed to work in fan less mode till it reaches a certain Temp or load. I would check your system with another PSU and make sure that you have the latest MB BIOS and try resetting or clearing the BIOS before you connect our PSU.
