I live on a private road and if the package gets handed off to USPS they will ship it back. Fed-Ex delivers here (Odd I know). Also, this is my first RMA with Corsair but I would like to know how this goes from here. Will I recieve and email? A phone call? How do I request express RMA? Toasted Posted November 21, 2014 Share Posted November 21, 2014 Once the M65 RGB reaches Corsair, it will then be processed and a replacement M65 RGB will be sent out to you at Corsair's expense. Your ticket will then be updated with a tracking number. To request an express RMA, you will need to contact Customer Service via phone. If you are outside the US, you can use Skype to call their toll free number found o their contact page. You will need to pay for shipping and box for the "faulty" item back to Corsair. The answer is UPS (not USPS). If you'd like an express RMA - attach a copy of your receipt to the ticket and then call customer service to upgrade it.
