No response to ticket #602216 to return defective keyboard

Hi,

 

I bought a keyboard on 7/28 from Corsair's online store and unfortunately it turned out to be defective after I received it the next day. I submitted a support ticket on 7/29 regarding this issue and so far I have not received a response back yet. My ticket number is 602216.

 

Could someone from Corsair support please check on the status of my ticket? Thanks.
