fripou
Hello, I just bought an Dark Core SE RGB and I have an issue. When the mice is started, after 5 to 30s the mice stop responding. The light is ON and in iCUE I see the mice but I can't do anything ... The only way is to disconnect the mice to turn off and on but after a few second the mice not responding again ... I try wireless and wired but it's the same issue ... My Dark CORE SE is in version 3.22. Can you please help me :(: ?
Apophis3
I would do a full hard reset on the mouse, tho I don't have the instructions for it.
fripou
I don't know how to do a hard reset. I try to do a soft reset by pressing "Forward" and "Back" side-buttons and turn on the mice but I don't know if it was working or not ...
Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted March 22, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 22, 2019 Try performing a FW update on the mouse using iCUE, the current version is 3.24. I'd also recommend using the pairing function as well in the settings. We actually have a blog that will walk you through the process in the link below: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/blog/DarkCore-Firmware
