kevindbarnett Posted March 28, 2016 Share Posted March 28, 2016 I absolutely undeniably love my headset and it's sound but I lost the USB adapter that it uses to pair with a system so now all I have is the mirco usb cord used for charging and the range booster base. My question today is, is there any way I can configure/set my headset up to work via USB only? at least until I get a new adapter. Thank you! When i try to do that i get this message "AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE FOLLOWING ERROR CODES: 002 F9BD7B51-8191-4E6E-9F3C-27A405DDEFDF" how can i contact customer service when it doesn't allow me to make a account to be able to contact them? Its kinda frustrating =( By searching the forums i discovered the error myself ..... for those having the same problem do not use your name in your password as it gives the error!!
