Exclamation ram stick died 9 months from purchase! RMA??

I live in India, and had purchased a 16Gb(8x2) ram kit from the US. About 9 months after purchase(The day before yesterday) one of the two ram sticks has become faulty. I would like to know what the process for getting a replacement would be, and how the shipping will be done and what I will have to pay for it.

The ram sticks look new and the box they came in is also safely kept. This item was purchased from amazon in the US.

A reply at the earliest will be really appreciated because this PC really means a lot to me. Thanks!

Hello Fullmeteor172,

We can set up an RMA, but do keep in mind that the DRAM you get has to be replaced through the warehouse in your area. I recommend that you contact Indiaservice@corsair.com first to see what solution they have for you.

Best,
Wootaru
