x3me Posted May 19, 2019 Share Posted May 19, 2019 Hello, since last week my H150i Pro lights even when I turn my computer off. I think it was completely dark before but I'm not 100% sure. It lights less than when computer is turned on but it's still visible. Is it normal or do I have defective motherboard/cooler (because I have also another issues since last week)? DevBiker Posted May 19, 2019 Share Posted May 19, 2019 We've seen this occasionally. First, I doubt that it's your motherboard. The unit gets no power from the motherboard. Second, this is happening because it's getting power. Now, the question is - where is it getting power from? Typically, that'd be the power suppler. IIRC, it doesn't draw any power from the USB header but a quick way to check that is to unplug the USB cable from the pump head and see if it goes out.
