Help ticket #729469

I have a defective k70 lux rgb i bought it from amazon

 

I created a ticket and got approved after i explain the issue on May 21st

 

I created a note on June 2nd waiting for the status of my RMA after i note i refreshed the browser then suddenly the arrived status just popped up out of nowhere at the exact time i created the note (maybe just coincidence)

 

Still no updates when will i get my newly Rma Keyboard

 

I can't send the keyboard back to the Corsair because i don't have any replacement for my keyboard to use my computer

 

I bought my keyb from Amazon

 

hope someone can help me out :)
