Message: "005" trying to access customer support portal

Hello,

 

My 3 years old PSU have issues and I want to send it back to corsair for guarantee application.

 

But, I can't acces the "custommer support portal". I get a blank page with "message 005" each time I try.

 

I'm from Belgium and I've tried with different web broser (ie, edge, chrome, mozilla) and 2 different devices. A computer and a tablet.

 

Looking to this forum, it seems I'm not the only one with this problem.

 

What can I do to fix it?
