k95 rgb platinum Can't update firmware

Hi!

I just got my k95 platinum and have some issues:

- RGB and multimedia buttons doesn't work

- Num/Scrol/Capslock LEDs blinked all the time

- I cannot use settings in CUE, but keyboard are detected

- I tried to update firmware to 3.21, but keyboard is disconnected after reaching 100% update status, after that I need to replug it and CUE suggest to update to 3.21 again

I tried plug KB with ppushed ESC button with no effect

Also I tried to plug it with pushed button placed near right holder - but my system didn't detect it as flash disc (win10 1809) and say: "usb device not recognized", so I can't replace firmware by myself.

I tried few USB-ports (3.0, 2.0).

I just send a ticket to Corsair Supp, but some of you might have any solution may be?

Update. Also trying connection with my laptop - same problem
