Tipster98
Hi I purchased a computer in December of 2017. In September of 2018 I started getting a BSOD and after various troubleshooting it was discovered that one of the sticks of RAM was bad. Anyways I returned the RAM to the dealer I bought the PC from in early December of 2018 and he sent it away to Corsair. Apparantely the RAM has lifetime warranty blah blah. The Ram is 32GB(2x16) of DDR4 of the Vengance LPX 2666 btw. Anyways the whole point of this story is that this guy is telling me that he is still waiting for the RAM to be sent back because CORSAIR is telling him its on backorder. Is he full of poopoo or is it reasonable to take 4 months to RMA defective memory from Corsair? I can probably ask for the RMA number if that will help. Please let me know.
