neonux Posted March 31, 2019 Share Posted March 31, 2019 hello, my friend bought this case : Carbide Series SPEC-DELTA RGB Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Gaming Case and this cooler which he will get soon in few days : corsair h110i gtx extreme liquid cooling aio. i have a question, do i need to take off the front fans of the case in order the put the radiator in? if anyone can help, thanks. c-attack Posted March 31, 2019 Share Posted March 31, 2019 A 280mm cooler is probably not a great match for that case. It will be to wide to fit up top. That leaves the front rail and normal mounting would require the removal of the wrong size 120mm RGB fans that come with the case, then mounting the radiator and its 2x140mm fans. It might be possible to use very long 6-32 screws to mount the radiator and its 2 fans behind the existing 3x120, much like 460x owners used to do in that case. I have no idea what the mounting rail looks like, but it should be possible. This is a 570X, but the problem is the same.
