gsuboy2000 Posted March 17, 2019 Share Posted March 17, 2019 I have a Void Pro RGB wireless gaming headset. The White version...I purchased it only 2 days ago from Best Buy where I live. The first day or so it charged fully. I noticed it was getting low on power when i heard a beeping noise in the earphones...I plugged it in and it wont recharge now...in fact Its dead completely. I tried to open a support ticket and it asks for a LOT #...I cannot find the lot number anywhere on t he keyboard underside nor on the box itself....Where can i locate it or can someone tell me how to fix this problem?
