Warriorgleek444
So my PSU is starting to die, it’s a 750w gold rated semi modular PSU, I got it about 2-3 years ago, and now it’s stsrting to make the burnt electronics smell, it can be so bad that my whole room will start to smell. Now I know what you are all thinking “it’s most likely dust inside the PSU burning”, but it’s not, the inside is completely clean and it’s still making the smell. So my real question is how do I get it replaced or fixed under warrant? Do I take it back to where I get it? Or do I somehow send it back to Corsair to have it repaired or replaced? I would have sent in a ticket but I don’t have the product number on me right now.
Wired
Yup, use their support portal to set up an RMA directly with Corsair.
Warriorgleek444
What does RMA stand for? I never done something like this before.
DevBiker
What does RMA stand for? I never done something like this before. Return Merchandise Authorization. It's the process that you go through to get the item replaced under warranty. It's a pretty common term and process.
