VOID Pro Wireless won't work after new Windows update! Please help!

Hey guys, so I've decided to update to the new Windows update, and it seems my VOID Pro Wireless headset won't turn on. It might've been either the Windows update or the firmware update, whatever it was, it broke my headset.

 

I tried pairing, but that doesn't seem to work either. Please help! :(

Open Device Manager, Is there an error listed for the headset? If so, copy the status message here.

Does the headset work fine on another computer?

Tried a different USB port?

i have same error. the headset technically still works but is not recognized by the computer, meaning you cannot disable the power sucking rbg's on the sides.

 

under device manager > events, there are 3 events listed

 

1.) device started

2.) device configured

3.) device NOT migrated (guessing this is the reason)

Try to repair/reinstall CUE, I think it should fix it.

I got it to work for a bit, but it wouldn't be recognized by Windows, meaning there was no sound except when I unmuted or muted the mic. So then I tried to fix it but later on the USB wire where it charges your headset won't be detected by Windows, and now says "Unknown USB." It's one problem after another, and Corsair has so far given me no solution, or help at all. Sorry if I sound a bit ignorant right now, but this problem has been seriously frustrating me.

I also think that the problem wasn't Windows, it was that I updated the firmware..

This is for the wired USB where it charges your headset, not the USB dongle.

Any solutions? :/

haven't found a solution yet, have tried uninstall/reinstalling CUE but no success.

 

also tried changing usb ports but that did not help whatsoever.

Copy the status message from the general tab instead.

It seems there might be an issue with the dongle.

Go to the Details page > Hardware ids.

Is it similar to;

USB\VID_1B1C&PID_0A14&MI_00 or is it; USB\VID_0000&PID_0005?
