I have trouble reading and writing speed, I go slow, cira 340 in writing and 230 in reading about, how can I solve the problem?

I like a motherboard Ashrock 960gm/u3se fx, Athlon 2 x2 250 processor, 8GB of memory corsair vengeance ddr3 1600.

I installed Win 7

:[pouts::[pouts::confused::confused:

I have not enabled the AHCI mode in the BIOS, this will be the reason??

I hope you can help me, thanks to early hello

Is the drive plugged into a AMD SATA III 6.0Gb/s port?

If so, the ATTO results are great.

Backup your data and secure erase the drive with Parted magic then reinstall Windows.

Make sure AHCI is enabled in the BIOS before installing Windows.

Sorry, i didn't see the Asrock website listed the ASMedia controller under SATA3.

Unfortunately, you are not seeing the SSD speeds at its advertised speeds as it is probably limited by the third party controller.

The drive being 111GB is normal.

You can try the FW update out but it may/may not help.

As for the motherboard, As long as they are not controller by a third party controller it should be fine. but i should also note that AMD chipsets are a but slower than Intel chipsets. You may/may not see the full advertised speeds but close to it.
