DangHeckBoi Posted July 19, 2019 Share Posted July 19, 2019 Hello, I have just received a Void Pro RGB, from newegg (link https://www.newegg.com/white-corsair-void-pro-rgb/p/N82E16826816078?Description=corsair%20void&cm_re=corsair_void-_-26-816-078-_-Product). I went to sounds (task bar -> right click speaker -> recording), and went into the headsets device profile, then to advanced. I clicked the dropdown menu, and it would only go to DVD quality (48000 hz) at max. Is that just the highest the headset can go to? I've tried uninstalling iCUE and realtek audio drivers, and saw in this http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=988432 thread GraniteGargoyle said DVD quality at the lowest, and I inferred it could go higher.
