Default Obsidian 500D RGB SE - Motherboard installation

Yesterday I've finally received my 500D RGB SE but during the installation of my motherboard I noticed the connectors on the back were off.

The case came with plenty of screws but the installation guide is really lacking on... well installation.

So with the case came a few rubbers which would allow me to raise the motherboard but none of the screws seem to be long enough to do this.

Can anyone help me with this? Am I missing something?

You're going to have to be more specific, or at least provide some visual, I'm not sure what you are talking about.

Sorry if I was not clear in my original post, I hope these following pictures make my issue more clear.

As you can see the connectors and the backplate are not aligned properly

These are the screws and rubbers provided with the case

Those screws and rubbers is not for the motherboard, they should be fitted in the two hdd-trays on the backside. What you can fit in the trays with those screws and rubbers do i not figured out yet.
