When i press the power button, the computer will power up for a split sec and power off and power back up again. Previously i was using HX850i and don't have such issue. Is this from a cold boot? i.e. Prior to this, was the PSU shut off from its rear power switch, unplugged or turned off from a power strip, etc. or does it do this any time, including when you shut down from within Windows? tgmac Posted February 4, 2015 Share Posted February 4, 2015 I have the exact same problem with my machine. It doesn't matter whether it's a cold or warm (re)start. The only difference is I have the AX860i. No hardware /software changes. It just started sometime a few weeks ago. happens everytime the machine reboots or starts up.
