arvi87 Posted February 21, 2012 Share Posted February 21, 2012 im using gigabyte ga 965p ds3p motherboard with ich8r sata ahci controller, windows7 is always freezing when doing everyday tasks, surfing web, copying files etc. drive is fewdays old with 1.3.3 firmware. when lot ssd activity it will bsod 0x000000F4, when just freezing, hdd led stays on for about 30sec , i tryied all the intel sata driver, ones that windows automaticaly installs, and intel rapid storage drivers from intels webpage , latest available, i have try'd different cable, ports etc, still no luck, then i put it on gigabytes one sata controller, seems stable but read-write speed is max 120mb for large files with atto benchmark, so i need it to work with intel controller. is it bad drive?
