Pepino Posted October 23, 2012 Share Posted October 23, 2012 I have received a 1300 headset for my birthday in late August. Now in October the right earcup works at half volume. The interesting this is that when I press on the right ear cup against my head the speaker "clicks" and works perfectly until I let go, or, when the air pressure normalizes in the cup and it clicks back and works at half volume again. There is a definate click when pressing the ear cup and my guess is it is the actual speaker flexing back and forth from the pressure? Nothing dramatic happened for this issue to start.
