burninghawk
Is it possible? I'm gonna to change the RAM in the title for the second times. 1 stick is faulty and cause random BSOD the first time and always the same BSOD (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT) this time. 1 stick has thousand of error in Memtest and Windows Memory Diagnostic and the other is perfect! Is there a faulty production in 2x8 package? Damn, another 5 days without my computer...
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted April 3, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 3, 2012 It is rare but it is possible, I would contact our customer service with your previous RMA# and they will take care of you, and you can always request an advanced rma where they send you the new modules before you send those back. burninghawk
Last time i used RMA thru my vendor. It's better to use on-line RMA? Otherwise I could pretend new RAM in the same time i will give ram to my vendor? Thanks
