jfri Posted December 9, 2014 Share Posted December 9, 2014 I have just purchased a Corsair CX430M and I found that the CPU powercable is a 8 pin connector. But my motherboard got a 4 pin power connector for the CPU. Is it possible to connect the 8 pin to the mobo and only use four of its pins ? If so which of the eight pins to use ?
