TorikoTerry
I purchased a Corsair 460x RGB case recently to put my new pc parts in. Everything works fine with the PC itself, but i've been having trouble with the front 3 fan leds. The fans themselves are spinning as they're connected to the mobo, and the controller is connected to my psu, yet only the bottom fan is being lit up in green. The buttons on the controller dont work either. I've tried changing the order of the lights in the led controller, using different SATA ports and cables, and can only get the bottom light to turn on. Originally when i turned the case on the top fan flickered between purple and blue, but that fan doesnt even light up now. Any suggestions? c-attack
Make sure your are in port 1-2-3 on the small RGB lighting hub. What happens if you switch fan 1 and 2 or 1 and 3 on the RGB lighting hub? Does a different fan light up? None at all?
TorikoTerry
Changing the order of the fans in the 1,2 and 3 slots changes nothing. The bottom light stays green and the controller doesnt do anything.
Corsair Employee Corsair StormShadow Posted July 2, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 2, 2018 Changing the order of the fans in the 1,2 and 3 slots changes nothing. The bottom light stays green and the controller doesnt do anything. strange issue, but most likely the controller issue. Have you open a support ticket with us? That would be the first thing you should do.
