LuciITA Posted February 12, 2019 Share Posted February 12, 2019 Hello mi icue software don t detect the lighting node pro. The fan turn on the lights but i cant configure them. I tried turn off fast boot from win and bios and XHCI Handoff is enabled. Tried to un install ICUE and install it again but nothing. The h100i rgb works fine but the node is not funcional. Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted February 13, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 13, 2019 Does the software detect it if you select Restart Corsair Services in the Settings tab in iCUE? If not, the issue might be a hardware problem. Make sure you aren't running alternative software to control RGB and that if you are, it's not conflicting. Also make sure that the Lighting Node Pro is connected to a SATA cable. If it is, I would assume a hardware issue, and it might be best to create a ticket or to have the retailer replace it.
