avimage Posted July 25, 2017 Share Posted July 25, 2017 Sop, I bought this headset less than a week ago, and the first few days the mic mute button would mute all incoming sound. However, after a few days it now only mutes the mic feedback sound only, and the mic will still pickup sound. I tried reinstalling the software and this didn't fix the problem. avimage Posted July 26, 2017 Author Share Posted July 26, 2017 Well, the most recent thats showing up for wireless is 2.15.83. I did attempt version 1.16.42, but that killed all audio in and out of the headset. And no, the mic volume is not being muted under the audio settings. I could manually mute the mic, in both the software or in windows, but that kinda defeats the use of a mic mute button on the side of the headset.
