Corsair Vegeance sound lowering

I use a Corsair Vegeance 1500, and recently (4 days ago) the sound randomly start lowering, as if I was pressing the Volume Down button.

 

When using my cellphone headphones it doest occur.

When using the Corsair Vegeance 1500 on another PC the problem happens

I cut the volume down wire from the headset and the problem didn't stopped.

Reinstalled the Corsair Vegeance Driver and the problem still persists.

 

Looks like it's related to some driver related to the Headset. Any help?

Did the volume decrease without the drivers installed?

If you cut a wire on the headset, do note that the warranty or any remaining warranty for the headset is void.

Yes, even without the Corsair Vegeance Headset driver the sound keep lowering.

 

Everytime I asked for warrenty was a so hard that I usually try to solve the problems myself.

 

So, any tip of what should I do? I have no clue what shall be the problem

Could have something to do with the in-line remote.

Have you tried the headset on another computer? Does it do the same thing?

Tried on different USB ports, and on my Notebook, the problem persists.

There isn't much Corsair can do now as the warranty is void. My guess would probably be something to do with the in line remote, but whether you want to diagnose the issue, its up to you.
