StealthRuler
Hello, 1st of all i want to say that i was using my PC, over 2 years i think, without any problems. Had on it SSD Corsair Force series 3 120gb, since it was released. Yesterday i have instaled new PSU and VGA, boot. Ok start PC, installed VGA drivers... restart... seems it took more time to load. Started Windows index to make me happy i have better video rating :sigh!: and it was like omg video now 7.9 but primary drive decreased from 7.9 to 5.9. PC working slow... HD tune test: http://i58.tinypic.com/jq6n95.png My question: What could cause such a dramatic speed decrease? I spend hours and did not find solution. I need your help. Toasted
WEI should not to be used as a benchmark tool. Run a ATTO benchmark and post a screenshot.
StealthRuler
WEI should not to be used as a benchmark tool. Run a ATTO benchmark and post a screenshot. Yes i know, i test it already and i think all good and this is not problem of wrong connection or settings of SSD. Problem of bad score in WEI is just on side of this programm. here is ATTO benchmark http://i62.tinypic.com/2ihnlgn.jpg But still if you can help me fix this i would be happy. pegotico
did you install a new copy of windows? If not that would be a good idea IMHO, after two years and all the old drivers always leaving stuff after removed.

When i run comand "winsat disk -drive c" it show 7.9 score. Seems like WEI rating is for HDD not SSD. Than question is why its picking for test HDD instaed of SSD, something wrong with system settings?
bogdan_kr
Provided that WEI base score is determined by the lowest subscore maybe it is possible that for hard disk subscore it is picking up slowest drive?
wytnyt
wei is just a small guideline at best,i have one build that says 7.8 and all other is 7.9 but my other build hangs right with it in performance...
