iCUE Hardware Interference

I bought my Corsair K55 RGB keyboard almost two years ago, and it worked absolutely wonderfully until recently. After installing the program, everything worked fine for a couple months, but suddenly things stopped working. Every-so-often, for whatever reason, my keyboard's led indicators stop working completely. This forces me to reboot the keyboard by holding the F1 + Windows Lock buttons. Another problem is that the original keyboard presets (FN + 1,2,3, etc) have stopped working completely, and they don't work regardless of what I do.
