Can a bad ram destroy motherboard?

Hi, I have 4X4 Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 RAM. (16GB total)

At first this RAM worked OK in ASUS P8Z77-V LE &i5-2500K CPU.

After some 7-8 months I experienced blue screens and memory errors.

I tried different combinations and many times have blue screens,

I was forced to remove 2 cards and now I have only 2x4 in my machine and so far working OK.

I never tried overclocking, and cards dont have any scratch or physical damage. also I didn't make any special settings in bios. My PSU is pretty strong Corsair rm1000.

Now I am trying to see what is with this two ram cards that I removed from a machine. Is it safe to test them in another machine?

In another machine I have Asus p5kpl-cm board.

I heard that bad ram can damage MB, dont know is it true?

I would only use for 30 minutes memtest.

What can I do with this ram if it is bad? seller dont approve warranty, can I replace it with Corsair?
