H100i v2 high temp need help on backplate accessory

Hi Team,

I am suddenly seeing high temps on my cpu say 55-60 degrees as idle

It was 33-38 earlier.

When i checked one of the screen backplate was lowering than other 3 . It was tight but not eqully.

I am afraid it is toughing some soldering. But being plastic it was safe.

I liked the metal plate than plastic.

Is there any possibility to get the back plate alone . The cooler in warranty.
