I have question, is my K95 RGB Platinum suppose to turn off the sound on the Windows key, and turn off led lights with the numpad enter key? If so, is there any way to disable these shortcuts? Because I already have those shortcuts; the button right next to volume turns off the sound, and the 'light up' button in the middle of the top keys already turns off or changes the strength for the led light. c-attack Posted June 15, 2018 Share Posted June 15, 2018 No, the Windows key should be the Windows key. Open CUE and click the K95P. Click on the Actions menu in the left margin. Make sure you don't have some key substitutions or other macros. In a fresh profile, it should be blank. I just double checked on mine while using iTunes and on Youtube. Just the Start Menu pop-up.
