JimNeo
Hi, I am a new member, I have recently bought a GS600 v2. After installing it to my new system I immediately discovered a very irritating noise, driving not only me but all my family crazy ( they came from another room wondering what the noise was!). Here's a clip on YouTube, After a while I located the sound to the psu. It's when the fan starts and stops, or trying to start, you can hear it. I have tried to turn off all power saving features but it doesn't help.

Is it possible for me to get an advanced replacement, since I do not have a spare PSU to use in the meantime. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ After my last message, not a word for over 3 days!
peanutz94
Make sure you check all your emails. They should provide you with a prepaid label . If they have not contact CS by phone and ask them about it. I'm sure it was just over looked and not done intentionally. They are usually have a huge backlog from the holidays. Or you can wait for RamGuy to see this and he can send them a message. But it would be faster if you called CS. Additionally you would need to call them anyway to arrange an advanced replacement for security reasons. Since you are over seas you can instal and use SKYPE to make the call to the toll free number for nothing.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 9, 2013 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 9, 2013 Well no not in his case Jimmy they told you that UPS would come to your location and pickup the package you only need to have it packed up and ready to go they will put a label on it for you. And that you could call your local UPS office to make those arrangements but wait a few days before calling them..
