Remove Device From Cue

Recommended Posts

Hi, Is it possible to remove a device from the cue software?

I have a K95 keyboard and a Scimitar Pro RGB mouse but, I prefer the mouse behaviour when it is running off the on-board profiles. I would like to be able to keep the cue software running for my keyboard macros to work but I want the mouse to be left alone. Is this possible?

That is a shame.

I prefer to use the on-board profiles of the mouse because, certain functions behave erratically when Cue commands them. for instance Volume Up, Volume Down.

When using a a Cue profile, the mouse will randomly selects/ clicks the button anywhere from 1 click to 4 clicks (if you are fast, more if you are slow) but, when using the on-board profiles, a click is registered once even if you hold the button in.

I have tried recreating the on-board profile in the Cue but the button function still behave erratically until I quit the Cue software.

If you want to test it out for yourself, I have Vol Up on button 7 and Vol Down on button 10 within Cue and saved on-board.
