Need support for a RMA

Hello, I need support with an RMA of a PSU RM1000 that I sent and Corsair received on 5/09, Dean, very kind, told me that there was no replacement for that CPU and that they would send me an alternative SKU, and told me that if I accepted that SKU responded with approval, what I did but I have not received a response yet. I wrote Dean again but I do not receive an answer. I have my PC stopped and I need to work with it !!!
