Please help, my corsair link is suddenly not picking up any RPM from any fans and it is not even picking up any temperature. All was fine the previous time I booted up the system. I did not change anything nor download anything. I have no idea what has happen. I have already tried to reinstall CL, unplug the USB, swap the USB port. I have no idea what else to try. Please help. My fans are spinning at max power now.

For hardware, I was using the Corsair Commander unit to control the fan's RPM but has since plug it into my motherboard to control it now. Currently the commander unit only has the temperature sensors and connected to the Corsair AX860I.

You can only use CL to control the fans when they are connected to the CL Mini, H100i, etc..

Have you done the EnhancedPowerManagementEnabled kluge?

Are the temperature probes connected to the CL Mini?

Move information over the case image so we can see all of what is reported.

My fans were connected to the CL Mini but because it was ramping it at max power which is why I changed it to the motherboard.

I have not tried the EnhancedPowerManagementEnabled yet as I am not quite sure how to do it.

So sorry but I cannot seem to find the link status page.

Using the [Link Devices] panel you need to uncheck both the EnhancedPowerManagementEnabled check boxes and then press both the [Restart] buttons. If you then exit SIV and restart it then [Link Status] should be offered. Post a new set of screen shots.

If you then exit SIV and run CL I suspect CL will do better.

Good, the H100i is now working as it should, but there is an issue with the CLCC so that and all the AX860i values are missing. I suspect the CLCC firmware may have crashed. What happens if power off the system for 30 seconds then reboot?

It's possible that CL is displaying 8 rather than 4 CLCC temperatures (it often does this!). As I said before move ALL the items to be over the classis image so we can see them all.

It's also possible the hardware is reporting these and the issue is within the CL software. Exit CL, run SIV and post [Link Devices], [Link Status] and [status] screen shots so I can tell.

Thanks a lot for your help. Apparently CL now works fine. I also have no idea what is going on but for now it is displaying the temperatures. Sorry to keep bothering you.
