[BUG][iCUE 3.3.103] H115i LED is not working when "Instant lighting" is set.

Like in topic, when "Instant lighting" is set then LED on H115i is off no matter what color I choose, else LED on H115i back to normal.

For 3.4.95 is confirmed too

Also affects the H100i V2. So it may be common across that generation of coolers. I'm fairly certain that this is a known issue and on the list for a future fix.
