Baytreez510 Posted August 7, 2017 Share Posted August 7, 2017 I've been in contact with corsair multiple times last week trying to get my powersupply shipped to them everytime they said to check email and never emails came you have to go on the site and read the messages there finally I got a hold of a nice customer service person who finally got my shipping label emailed , the main question is on the site it now says processing I'm wondering how long does it take for them once they got the package to open it up and test that's the PSU is a malfunction and for them to send it out it's just frustrating I been with out a PC for 2 weeks anybody else knows please let me know what to expect Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
