Decidence Posted October 18, 2017 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Hi All, I recently submitted an RMA request (#633672) and was approved quite quickly. The fellow that approved the RMA did not indicate where or how I could request the "Express" RMA method and didn't specify if I was supposed to return both memory modules that came in the package or just the faulty one.
