Being dumb enough, I clicked on clear storage in CUE and now my hardware profiles are gone - when the computer is booting/BIOS all I have is a red background. I tried holding down on ESC / PGUP+PGDN - no luck. Any tips on how to restore the default HW profiles? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
steadi Posted October 3, 2017 Share Posted October 3, 2017 For HW profiles recovery: unplug both USB, holding ESC then plug in the USB port, keep holding ESC until the lighting changes. If you operated holding PGUP & PGDN when plugged in, the firmware in the keyboard was removed, you need to write the firmware in the CUE. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
