Katsumi Posted September 23, 2017 Share Posted September 23, 2017 Hello! I am having a very strange problem with my Corsair Void USB Wireless headset. It won't turn off! Holding the power button does nothing. The only way is to let the battery die, and then charge it back to full. I've forced a firmware update through CUE but it hasn't helped. I've had the headset for 3 weeks and it's been lightly used. Is there a fix for this problem? If I unplug the USB dongle, the light on the mic flashes red very quickly repeating. But pressing and holding the power button does nothing :( it also does the same thing when plugged in. Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted September 25, 2017 Share Posted September 25, 2017 Sounds like the power button is faulty. Contact your retailer and see whether they can replace the headset for you.
