UKChris Posted February 2, 2019 Share Posted February 2, 2019 I have raised a ticket for a failing(ed) h115i (this is actually a replacement that had also gone wrong just over a year ago). Anyway, last time i had the option to request an express replacement, however this time the RMA does not list this as an option. Also, has anyone ever asked to have there replacement unit upgraded to the newer model, I am willing to pay the difference, I am just loosing confidence in this version. Please create a ticket on support.corsair.com once Technical support has reviewed your ticket please inform them that you want to process an ARMA. As for the concern regarding upgrading to a newer model, we would have to send out the same model back as a replacement, but I will see what I can do to help you as well once the ticket has been created.
