Order status changed to pending after 2 days as I called 'customer service'

Hello,

 

I put an order (4000015990) on Corsair site (Jun 29) and almost immediately got an email:

For your security, your order 4000015990 has been placed on temporary hold pending additional information from you. .

Please contact our customer services team directly via phone 1-888-222-4346.

So, I called them and provided all information they asked. Order was in 'processing' status.

The Total sum was charged from my debit card.

 

But today (Jul 2) I see that status was changed to 'Pending' and I got another email about temporary hold. Why? Should I do something? Can someone check my real order status?

Hi Norman,

 

This section is specifically for warranty questions. I don't really have a way to help from here. Instead, you'll need to contact our customer service team again. It tends to be that something strange is happening to the transaction either because of our fraud protection services or because of something odd happening on the credit card companies end.
