Need help/update for ticket #722475

Hi,

 

Its been almost two months since the ticket was submitted. Status is still processing but it was already closed. I tried creating a new one to follow up and someone replied he reopened it but still closed.

 

Any updates on this? I am quite concerned that it may take longer before I receive my product replacement.
